个人简介:黎爽,讲师,本科、硕士、博士均毕业于四川农业大学动物营养研究所,主要研究方向为微生物营养与机体健康、野生非酿酒酵母在果酒酿造中的作用。在Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology、Journal of Animal Science等期刊上发表SCI论文9篇。参与国家级项目2项,省级项目2项,国际合作项目1项。
